He holds a PhD in Psychology, an MBA, and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School. He’s built a reputation of crafting stories and techniques that are as engaging as they are informative. Over the past two decades, Matt has motivated and inspired leaders at every level to boost their performance and positivity. He draws on his experiences as a software executive and consultant, a US Marine, an IRONMAN triathlete, and a student of Buddhist philosophy.
He’s also an avid woodworker, mountaineer, and meditator, although rarely at the same time.
